1.保温设计应确保内表面不结露，即内表面温度不低于室内空气的露点温度。结露会使围护结构内表面潮湿、霉变甚淌水，恶化室内卫生条件。内保温围护结构的露点位置是在靠近外墙内侧的表面存在结构冷（热）桥的部位，这些部位因内外温差过大常产生结露现象。在内保温设计中应避免结构冷（热）桥的存在。
